Hops are not only used for brewing. While most of us think of hops as a brewing plant, it has been used throughout history in many forms - in medicines, in soaps and shampoos, as decoration at weddings and special events, and even the young sprigs are eaten. Now some are brewing it into teas and cooking with the many forms of the hop plant.
